Set in the regal times of King Naresuan, Tien, a man who was born into nobility but had it stripped from him after his parents were brutally murdered. After seeing his parents murdered at the tender age of 10, Tien is forced to live on the streets where he is eventually captured by a group of thieves who take him in and teach him how to steal and fight. A competition is being held to find the best knights to serve under the very man who had killed Tien's parents all those years ago. Marsya akhirnya mendapat pekerjaan sebagai sekretaris pribadi Raymond, general manager perusahaan tersebut yang tertarik padanya. Andre, asisten manager di perusahaan itu juga tertarik pada Marsya.

Dua bulan sudah Marsya bekerja disana dan ia makin dekat dengan Andre. Akhirnya Marsya memberanikan diri menceritakan kepada Andre kalau ia telah di perkosa oleh setan, tetapi Andre tidak mempercayainya. Kedaan ini tidak menolong karen mantan pacar Andre, Suzan telah kembali dan berniat untuk berbaikan dengannya, Sementara kejadian-kejadian aneh terus menghantui Marsya. Bagaimana nasib Marsya selanjutnya? Apakah Andre akan mempercayainya dan menghentikan perbuatan Rico atau malah dia kembali ke pelukan Suzan?

Pada akhirnya rumah ini dijual oleh pemiliknya karena ia selalu teringat akan kematian anak kesayangannya, Putri. Kala itu, kekasih Putri marah akibat keinginannya tidak terpenuhi. Putri sedang lemah karena ia sedang datang bulan, tapi nasib berkata lain Putri ke atas dan dikejar sang pacar, kemudian memukul Putri hingga terjatuh dan meninggal. Pacar Putri pun kena setrum dan juga meninggal.

Si pemilik baru rumah baru rumah besar ini menyewakan rumah ini dijadikan tempat kos–kosan beberapa pemuda-pemudi indekos di rumah ini. Sejak itu pemuda-pemudi yang indekos digoda oleh hantu lelaki dan hantu perempuan tidak habis–habisnya. Pemilik rumah baru itu mendatangkan orang–orang pintar untuk mengusir hantu–hantu itu, tapi gagal. Sang ayah pun berusaha mengusir arwah putri dan kekasihnya dari rumahnya.
