Red CobeX-member gang of mothers from different regions, namely Mama Ana (Tika Panggabean-Ambon), Auntie Lisa (Indy Barends-Manado), Yu Halimah (Aida Nurmala-Tegal), sister Bariah (Sarah Sechan-Madura) and Cik Meymey (Cut Mini-Chinese descent) is a collection of women who defend the weak and very anti disobedience. They do not hesitate to hurt those who take advantage of the dirty business. Together Yopie (Lukman Sardi), only child of innocent Mama Ana, Geng Red CobeX often thugs to apprehend and act of vigilantism.
One day, Gang Red CobeX police arrested and jailed because they are disturbing the public. A year after the incident, Yopie released from jail and stay on Ramli (Irfan Judge), his best friend since childhood. But Ramli's wife, Ipah (Shanty), apparently not strong accommodate Yopie. As a result Ramli perform a variety of ways to change and even suggested Yopie Yopie to live with his father.
Yopie confused with his life, he is the innocent side feels that her mother committed a crime for the truth, on the other hand he began to realize that it must behave appropriately to others. Amid the confusion he met with Astuti (Revalina S Temat), Javanese girl who worked in a restaurant. Astuti who had thought Yopie is a pickpocket, ultimately impressed with the kindness Yopie and offered a job as a waitress in the place he works.
Familiarity Yopie and Astuti have various pros and cons of family Astuti. Especially after hearing the background Yopie who have mothers in prison. Long story short Astuti Yopie and eventually intend to fiance attended by both their families disrupted by the arrival of thugs to do around the house Astuti eviction. The thugs who turned out to Mama Ana's former lover had battled with Mama Ana Gang Red CobeX. Fierce struggle took place, will the Red Gang CobeX emerged as the winner? How the fate of the love story Yopie with Astuti? Is the family willing Astuti berbesan with Mama Ana and her Gang Red CobeX?
