In Minangkabau, West Sumatra, Merantau is a tradition that should be run every boy. Yuda (Iko Uwais), Tiger fighters reliable, in final preparation for the start of travel. He must leave his family, beloved mother, Wulan (Christine Hakim), and udanya, Yayan (Donny Alamsyah), comfort and beauty of his hometown, and make a name for himself in keserabutan city.
Yuda fate brings with orphans Adit (Aulia Yusuf) and her sister, Astri (Sisca Jessica), who will become victims of illegal human trafficking organizations.
Organinsasi who treats people like this stuff led by a European callous, Ratger (Mads Koudal) and his right hand Luc (Laurent Buson). When injured in a fight between Johni (Alex Abbad), the builders pukulnya and Yuda, Ratger determined to Miller, or "goods", which managed to be saved and want to bloody reprisals worth.
Yuda odd introduction to the city is like a fire that ignited when the situation forced him to flee with Simpson and Adit from the pursuit of pimps and thugs who rule over the night, grabbing every street, and chasing their every step.
